If Be Prepared Cancels a Course
At Be Prepared First Aid Vancouver Island, we make every effort possible to never cancel a course.
Other organizations have policies that cancel a course if they do not meet a minimum threshold of students; we do not. If you sign up, we will make every effort to ensure you get the course on time and on date.
There are some extremely rare situations where a cancellation will occur, however we will make every effort to run the course possible before we cancel. These cancellations, for example, this would include severe illness, adverse weather preventing the student or instructor from attending, and family emergencies.
If Be Prepared First Aid Vancouver Island ever does cancel a class, students will be notified as soon as we are made aware. Students will receive the opportunity to transfer to another date at no cost, or receive a full refund of their course should they wish to not continue.

You can contact us at any time if you are ever unable to attend the program, or need to move dates. Our company phone number will accept calls and text messages. Our policies will be enacted on a case by case basis depending on our discussions and reasons for cancellation.
