As of June 2026, The Red Cross Emergency and Standard First Aid courses will now be called Red Cross Basic & Intermediate First Aid. This is to align to national standards. The course content will not change, however the registration and certificate will reflect the updated naming convention.

We are a dedicated group of individuals with a passion for providing the best first aid training and support possible. Our team has over 50 years of first aid field experience and over 20 years of training and instruction expertise. We believe in making the learning experience engaging and rewarding, with practical skills exercises and an openness to learning and engagement.

He was encouraging, and his approach to teaching made it current, relevant to a variety of environments, and even a little fun. Pricing was competitive, and his experience really shone through. Their central location made it very accessible, as it close to the buses on Douglas, and there is an elevator onsite which would be helpful for those with mobility concerns. I had first met the other instructor when I was on set for a film production, so I know they also do valuable event first aid. Highly recommend!!

You could tell he’d done lots of ‘real first aid’ work and didn’t just teach it, he made it relatable for the real world. Definitely would recommend this place.

1. What courses do you offer?
We specialize in workplace first aid, community first aid, and professional responder training. We teach courses from WorksafeBC, Canadian Red Cross, and others. Our courses range from adult CPR (CPR-A) up to Emergency Medical Responder (CRC-EMR).
2. Do you have payment options?
We accept Credit Card, e-Transfer, and Cash on-site. If you would like to take a course, but need payment arrangements, we can help. Please contact us to discuss the options that are right for you.
3. How do you ensure confidentiality and data security?
We never share your personal information unless required by law. Your information will not be given to any third party. We also do not spam you with emails.
4. I can’t see the course I need on the list?
Some courses run more frequently than others. If you need a course that is not currently listed in our course calendar, please contact us and we may be able to schedule you into an equivalent course, or even create one if demand is there.
5. Do you offer first aid services for events?
We don’t just teach first aid, we also are active first aid attendants in the community. Do you have an event that requires a first aid attendant? We can help. We have a team of trained and vetted individuals that may be able to work your event. We have experience working for sports events, community events, concerts and festivals, and more. Contact us for more information.
6. Can I buy first aid equipment from you?
Absolutely, we carry a variety of supplies and options to meet your needs. Do you want to buy a ready made kit? We got it! Want to build your kit from the ground up? We can do that. Want just some restock items? Lets make it happen. Contact us for details.
7. Do your courses meet provincial regulatory requirements?
Our courses, from Basic First Aid and up, meet workplace first aid standards; we teach our programs in accordance with CSA and WorksafeBC regulations. Are you a BLS student? Our BLS program meets Canadian Red Cross guidelines and are taught as a stand alone course to provide the best learning experience possible.
8. Can you teach a course in our workplace or community?
We will happily come to you to teach a course. Our instructors are readily able to visit any location on Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland, or even Interior BC. Some limitations or rules apply. Please call or email us for more information.
